Returns & Exchange Our motive is to provide best customer service to all the people who are interested to shop from our website, however in some cases if you receive a product which does not fit according to your color and design or if there is any manufacturing defect in the delivered product, then you can raise a return request within the 3 working days of its delivery.
1. Please raise your query to our customer service team through e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), indicating the item which you want to return. Our team will get back to you in 24 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated. 2. After receiving returns instructions from our team, please pack up the returned product with the original packing and also mention your order number on the label. 3. Once we receive the package to our warehouse. We’ll issue a refund to your DAARCE wallet and that can be used on your next purchase. A nominal fee will be deducted in case of customer return. Once a refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation mail or SMS.
1. You have to 3 days to decide if the product is perfect for you, if not then you can touch with us either through Whatsapp or E-mail within 3 days of delivery. 2. Items which you want to return must be in unused condition with original packing. Before returning/exchanging the items, please make sure that products are returned with the original tags and packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Refund will only be issued only after through a quality check of the product. 3. No returns shall be accepted for the items sold in clearance sale or during any promotional offers. 4. We do not accept returns which are directly sent back to our warehouse without informing to our customer service team. 5. We do not provide reverse pickup service for the package which returned to us. Customer must has to self-courier the product at her own cost. Note: The original shipping fee and Handling charges are non-refundable.
