It is very easy to update your information on Daarce and you can view every information related to your order status, change password under my account. You can edit your details like name, e-mail, mobile number and e-mail under “My profile” section.
Once you will place the order in Daarce , you can find your order details in ‘My order’ section under my account in which you will find your order number, date, time etc. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail and SMS in your registered e-mail id and mobile number containing details like Name, order number, address and mobile number.
If you had forgot the password, then simply click on “Recover password” option in account section. An e-mail with link to generate a new password will be sent to registered mail id.
To place order in Daarce is very simple and quick. Just follow these below steps to place your order: First of all, choose your favorite products across wide range of categories which will take you the product detail page. Then click on “BUY NOW” After that you have to register in our website by providing your mobile number. For current users, just login with your registered mobile number and password. Then you have to fill up your personal information such as first name, last name, address, mobile number, city, state and pin code. Then choose you payment method such as (cash on delivery, Net banking, Debit/Credit Card) as per your convenience. THAT IT!! YOU ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY PLACED.

You can cancel your order at any time after you placed the order. Login to your account go to ‘My account’ section and then click on ‘My order’ option. After that you will find the list of orders you had placed in our website. Just click on the respective order which you want to cancel and then click on the ‘Cancel’ button to cancel your order.
You can change the delivery address before the seller has packed and dispatched to your given address. Once the order was packed and ready for dispatch you won’t be able to change your delivery address.
Once your order is placed in our website you can’t modify it. Still if you want any other product instead of the product which you had ordered then cancel your current order and placed a fresh product for the desired products.
The different status in order are as below: PLACED: Your order has been successfully placed PROCESSING: The seller had accepted your order and it is in processing stage. DISPATCHED: It indicates that seller had dispatched your order through respective couriers. DELIVERED: Your order has been successfully delivered to you. RETURNED: Customer had requested return request to the seller.

Yes, we accept Credit card, Debit card for both Indian and international. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value – found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.
No, Daarce does not store your account information at all. Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by our third party payment parties like CCavaneue, mobikwik and subsequently by Visa/MasterCard/ secure directly without any information passing through us.
Don’t worry if your amount got deducted, it will reversed back to your account and it might take approximately 3-4 Business days to reflect in your account.
Our motive is to provide best customer service to all the people who are interested to shop from our website, however in some cases if you receive a product which does not fit according to your color and design or if there is any manufacturing defect in the delivered product, then you can raise a return request within the 3 working days of its delivery. 1. No, we don’t have reverse pickup facility, customer have to return the parcel through any courier of his/her choice and we will refund your STORE POINTS in 1-2 working days after we received the product. For that you need to provide the Airway bill or tracking slip of the courier company by which you had send the parcel to us.
If your replacement item is sold out, then we can initiate STORE POINTS in your Daarce account which you can use in future.

Click on ‘My orders’ tab under main menu of Account option and then select the particular order number which you want to select and then click on ‘Cancel’ button within 2 hrs. of order placing.
Yes, you can cancel your partial order within 24 hours of order placement. For cancellation, you need to contact us to our customer support team followed by your order number so that they will assist you properly regarding cancellation.
Shipping is taken care by Daarce.com but if the customer wants to return the order then the customer has to arrange its own shipping to send the items back.
The amount shall be returned in the form of reward points or store credit only.
